Title: I do not give five stars unless I mean it, unlike some people

Review: This woman truly loves what she does, and it shows in how much she knows in this book. Let me explain to you how good this book is and how you will not waste your money.

I survived a lot in life. I had a baby very young. I did not let that stop me. I pushed myself to go to college full-time while being pregnant and working. I now am in graduate school with honors and have a successful marriage. I have a lot of acne from being on two forms of birth control throughout my life and sometimes my body would feel tired. I also had a lot of stress before I met my wonderful husband, who is a blessing.

A doctor from Lithuania briefly looked at my face, and said she could tell from my acne that I had an issue with my hormones. Sure enough, I went to a primary doctor and they confirmed this by doing blood tests. However, when you talk to doctors in America they often talk to you very quickly and you may not know all of the possible ways to help alleviate your issues. This book had a section about hormones that completely helped me make sense of my acne on my face, and showed that the doctor visiting from Lithuania was right. I do not give good book reviews unless I really mean it, because I am a cranky customer. This book is definitely worth your money and when you read it, things click together and make sense.

I also can tell from the way she writes that she really loves her career, which helps her thirst for knowledge in her field.

Review: A book of wonderful surprises. I am now reading about Chinese doctor face reading. She confirmed the bags under my husband's eyes are from a kidney-alcohol problem. We're following her advice. My skin is gorgeous -- bright, flawless, and tight. Thanks Nigma!

Title: It Works - I do Look & Feel 10 Years Younger!!

Review: I love this book! I've change my entire lifestyle based on many of the recommendations and I feel like a brand new person! From the inside and out, I've incorporated new nutrition and supplements, face/skin serums and vitamins - even basic lifestyle changes like sleeping with a silk pillowcase.

So far, I do feel like I look 10 years younger than prior to starting this book! Wonderful tips - if your goal is to look and feel younger!!

Review: I just to get compliments at least once a day about my skin. This past year, I was lucky to get one every couple of months. I picked up this book to see what I have been doing wrong. I was enthralled with this book from the first paragraph. I mean, Dr. Talib asks the readers about their poops. It gets real, really quick guys. And I think that's one of the things I like the most about this book is the writing. The writing is so effortless and even though we are talking about science, the language is comfortable, like talking to a family friend.
Dr. Talib gives the reader so much information, but it is clear and concise. She does specify that she wishes the reader to read the book in its entirety before beginning the regimen and I think that is wise. You must learn about your body before you can try to change it. Dr. Talib cover the effects of different foods, bowel movements, stress levels, diet, makeup tips, skin layers, overall skin health and more. There are even pages upon pages of recipes at the end that help your cause. Allot yourself a full 12 weeks or longer to see results. We are talking about a lifetime change here. I'll make sure to edit my review once I finish the program.

Title: If you're looking for a book to help you identify problem areas and your daily routine that contributes them this would be a goo

Review: I found this book to be interesting especially in comparison to other books that deal with gut health. Lake many other authors Dr. Nigma Talib tries to focus her energies on helping patients get rid of their illness rather than just trying to mitigate the symptoms. In this book, she ties how gut health can affect skin and signs of aging. She begins by providing a checklist of issues, symptoms, and also your dietary routine. From here, the book helps you analyze your problem areas and how to attack them by changing your wine, gluten, dairy and sugar intake. If you're looking for a book to help you identify problem areas and your daily routine that contributes them this would be a good book for you.

Title: nothing new here

Review: nothing new here that hasn't been published in a dozen other credible publications. oh, and the author sells her own line of vitamins and exorbitantly priced skincare products. can't really admire anyone who banks on their celebrity clients...i was hoping for something much deeper.

Review: Nigma Talib’s book offers all of the incredible skincare and health advice that celebrities pay her thousands of dollars for. She has waiting lists of people dying to see her simply because what she suggests works. Highly recommend this book to anyone seriously looking to change their life inside and out.
